Acceptance of terms
By using Get Valet Parking, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms over time. The Last updated date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Substantial changes are announced through a notice on the site or in your email if you have signed up for the newsletter.
Use of the service
Get Valet Parking is a directory of valet parking operators in the United States. The site provides operator listings, search and filter tools, a quote request form, and editorial content. The site is offered without charge to people looking for valet operators.
You agree to use the site only for its intended purpose. You agree not to scrape the directory at scale, not to automate quote submissions, not to upload malicious code, and not to interfere with normal operation of the site or other users' use of it.
User-submitted content
When you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to receive a quote on behalf of the event or organization you describe. We may share the information in your request with the local operators best matched to your event so that they can respond.
When you submit a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, you confirm that you are a California resident or are submitting under another applicable law. False or fraudulent submissions may be rejected.
When you sign up for the newsletter, you authorize us to send you periodic editorial content and pricing benchmarks until you unsubscribe.
Operator listings and accuracy
Operator listings are compiled from public business records, operator-provided information, and third-party data sources. We make a reasonable effort to keep the listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any specific listing is current, complete, or correct.
You should verify the operator's contact information, licensing, insurance, and current availability before booking a service. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the operator. We do not collect deposits, escrow funds, or take any role in the booking transaction.
Operators that wish to update or correct their listing can do so through the claim process described on the List Your Business page.
Intellectual property
The Get Valet Parking name, logo, page layouts, editorial content, and the structure of the directory are owned by Get Valet Parking or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any portion of the site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Operator photos, logos, and descriptive copy provided by operators remain the property of those operators. We display this content under a limited license granted at the time of submission to make the listing visible on the site.
The same applies to editorial content from third parties cited in the blog. Quoted material is used under fair use or with attribution and a backlink to the source.
Disclaimers and warranties
The site is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any specific operator listing, pricing benchmark, or editorial claim.
We do not provide legal, financial, or business advice through the site. The blog and editorial content are for general information only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Valet Parking and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any operator interaction initiated through the site. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to one hundred dollars.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Substantial changes will be announced on the site or via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after the change indicates acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the site and submit a deletion request through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
